Yesterday, the Fondation Hôpital Saint-Eustache offered its partner Desjardins a fitting tribute by installing honorary plaques at its health center housing the cancerology and outpatient hemodialysis centers. This building is located at 14 Boulevard Industriel, in Saint-Eustache.
The health center is entirely owned by Gestion Immobilière Fondation Hôpital Saint-Eustache. It was inaugurated on December 9th, 2019, and will carry the name Centre de santé Desjardins for a 10 year period. This is thanks to the substantial donation of $500,000 from the Fonds des régions et des groupes and the six Caisses Desjardins des Laurentides Sud (Caisse Desjardins de Saint-Eustache-Deux-Montagnes, Caisse Desjardins Thérèse-De Blainville, Caisse Desjardins de l’Envolée, Caisse Desjardins du Lac des Deux-Montagnes, Caisse Desjardins de Mirabel and Caisse Desjardins d’Argenteuil), This project is part of a shared initiative by the CISSS des Laurentides and the Fondation Hôpital Saint-Eustache to offer state-of-the-art services adapted to the needs of its community.
The health center administers 16,700 treatments annually to over 125 patients at the outpatient hemodialysis center and provides 4,000 treatments to more than 11,300 patients at the Alain Germain Cancerology Center.
