The Fondation Hôpital Saint-Eustache (FHSE) proudly announces the fourth edition of the President’s Dinner, presided over by Pierre G. Mayer, Vice President of Growth and Acquisitions at Triviüm by Nordence. The event will take place on Thursday, January 22, 2026, starting at 6 p.m. at Chez Lionel restaurant in Sainte-Thérèse.

Presented by the Lower Laurentians’ MPs—Mr. Benoit Charette, Ms. Sylvie D’Amours, Mr. Eric Girard, and Mr. Mario Laframboise— this special gastronomic evening will feature a five-course menu highlighting the region’s culinary treasures.

Justin Thibault, a sommelier and guest host for food-and-wine pairings, will guide attendees through the event. The participation fee is $300 per person*, with a maximum of 100 guests for this exclusive culinary experience. As spots are limited, the Fondation recommends that both the public and businesses book their reservations soon.

Early birds special!

Anyone buying a ticket before December 1, 2025, will be entered into a draw to win a $125 gift basket, which includes:

  • 1 wooden cutting board;
  • 1 bottle of Hungaria Grande Cuvée Brut sparkling wine from Italy;
  • 1 bottle of Al Galli Pinot Grigio 2023 white wine from Italy;
  • 1 bottle of Chianti Superiore Villa Migliarina red wine from Italy.

Enjoying a delightful moment, tasting exceptional dishes, discovering new wines, and, most importantly, supporting a meaningful cause—these are the ingredients that make the President’s Dinner truly special,” explains Pierre G. Mayer, Chairman of the Fondation’s Board of Directors. “Thanks to your involvement, the Fondation can continue its mission to acquire cutting-edge equipment and enhance healthcare services in our community.”

This year, the funds raised will be used to buy two optical microscopes—one for the Hematology Department and another for cytology—with a total cost of $46,000. This high-precision equipment will help enhance the accuracy and speed of diagnoses for patients at Saint-Eustache Hospital.

Lyne Des Trois Maisons, Executive Director of the FHSE, emphasizes that “each ticket sold and every partnership make a tangible impact on improving the quality of care at Saint-Eustache hospital. It is a privilege to witness collaboration between the business sector and healthcare professionals for a shared goal.”

Virtual Auction Open to All

In addition to the evening’s main event, a virtual auction open to everyone will kick off one week earlier. It allows the public to bid on a variety of exclusive lots provided by local merchants and partners. It’s a fantastic way to support the Fondation, even if you can’t make it to the event!
