Saint-Eustache, January 23, 2026 – The President’s Dinner of the Fondation Hôpital Saint-Eustache (FHSE), held on Thursday, January 22 at the beautiful Chez Lionel restaurant in Sainte-Thérèse, raised a record net profit of $44,424.81. These funds will enable the acquisition of two state-of-the-art optical microscopes for the Cytology and Hematology departments at Saint-Eustache Hospital. These pieces of equipment will enhance the precision of analyses and directly contribute to improving the diagnostic care provided to patients.
The dinner, presented as a five-course gourmet experience, featured carefully curated food and wine pairings selected by sommelier Justin Thibault. The sold-out event brought together nearly 100 guests from the political sphere and the business community of the Basses-Laurentides region. Guests enjoyed a wonderful evening featuring refined cuisine and privately imported wines. As a token of appreciation, each guest received an exclusive gift bag including two beautiful wine glasses engraved with the Foundation’s logo.
The President’s Dinner, whose goal is to highlight and support local restaurateurs, is held each year in a different establishment across the Basses-Laurentides region, offering participants the opportunity to discover new culinary and wine experiences with every edition.
Me Pierre Mayer, Chair of the FHSE Board of Directors and Vice-President of Growth and Acquisitions at Triviüm by Nordence, expressed his enthusiasm for the event’s success:
