Soccer for Health Tournament
The Fondation Hôpital Saint-Eustache is excited to announce the 2025 Soccer for Health Tournament, a unique opportunity to unite healthcare workers and their families in a fun, charitable event.

Why participate?
The 2025 Soccer for Health Tournament is a mixed, recreational soccer event emphasizing fun and community spirit. The Fondation Hôpital Saint-Eustache is thrilled to present this unique fundraising event, which brings healthcare workers and their families together for a worthy cause.
No equipment needed!
Business soccer will supply most of the equipment, so all you need to do is show up and enjoy!
On the day of the event, the following will be provided:
✅ Soccer balls;
✅ Indoor soccer field;
✅ Referee;
✅ DJ;
✅ Team photos and action shots;
✅ Trophies and medals;
✅ Physiotherapy.
How to sign up?
1️⃣ Fill out the form and send it by e-mail to: contact@business-soccer.com no later than May 7, 2025.

2️⃣ Pay registration fees to BUSINESS SOCCER before May 7, 2025
Registration fees:
$500 + tx par équipe de 10 (±2) personnes — une seule facture par équipe.
$50 + tx par personne pour une inscription individuelle ou en tant qu’extra dans une équipe existante.
👨👩👧👦 FREE for supporters and families.
Customized equipment options:
🟠 Shirt with chosen number: $30 + tx
🟠 Full uniform (shirt + shorts + socks + chosen number): $60 + tx
🟠 Shirt with chosen number + player’s name + company logo: $80 + tx
🟠 Full uniform with the player’s name + company logo: $99 + tx
ℹ️ Each team must have at least one identical jersey.
Fundraising portion
Each team is encouraged to organize a fundraiser with a suggested goal of $200 or more.
Participants are encouraged to contribute a suggested donation of $20 or more.
➡️ Donations of $20 or more qualify for a tax receipt issued directly by the Fondation Hôpital Saint-Eustache.
After registering, you’ll receive a link to access the Fondation’s secure platform, which is designed to assist in collecting donations.
You’ll be able to donate for:
✅ The event;
✅ Your team;
✅ A specific participant.
