A Successful Gastronomic Evening

On January 22, 2026, under the honorary presidency of Me Pierre G. Mayer, Vice-President of Growth and Acquisitions at Triviüm by Nordence, the St. Eustache Hospital Foundation had the pleasure of welcoming nearly 100 guests to Chez Lionel restaurant in Sainte-Thérèse for the 4th edition of the President’s Dinner.

Guests enjoyed an exquisite five-course menu accompanied by the expert guidance of our guest sommelier, Justin Thibault, who curated delicious food and wine pairings. It was an evening filled with warmth, fine dining, and shared enjoyment!

Generosity That Makes a Difference

Thanks to the participation and generosity of our guests and partners, we were able to raise significant funds to support the Foundation’s mission: acquiring state-of-the-art medical equipment and enhancing local healthcare services for the Lower Laurentians community.

This year, the funds raised will help finance two optical microscopes for the Hematology and Cytology departments, with a total value of $46,000. These essential tools will improve laboratory analysis accuracy and provide faster, more reliable diagnoses for patients at St. Eustache Hospital.

An Outstanding Virtual Auction

The auction, open to the general public through a virtual platform one week before the President’s Dinner, was a remarkable success! Thanks to everyone’s enthusiastic participation, it raised $16,341.04—double the amount raised last year!
