On Saturday September 16th, the Pilates et Plus Centre de Santé Holistique team and Valérie Dussault, functional nutrition expert, hosted the 7th World Wellness Weekend at Parc Terrasse-René in Saint-Eustache from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Participants could attend free seminars and training sessions on-site in exchange for donations to the Fondation Hôpital Saint-Eustache. We would like to thank Valérie and the team at Pilates et Plus Centre de Santé Holistique for this wonderful initiative and all participants for your generosity. A total of $235 was raised to help the Fondation pursue its mission.
