The Fondation Hôpital Saint-Eustache is proud to unveil the results of its annual roadblock fundraiser, held last Thursday, April 23. Thanks to the exceptional mobilization of the community, a record amount of $17,838 was raised in support of Hôpital de Saint-Eustache.
Throughout the day, 44 volunteers, including members of the Board of Directors, took turns from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., under beautiful sunshine, at the intersections of Saint-Laurent and Gravel (in front of Métro Saint-Laurent), Saint-Louis and Saint-Eustache (in front of the church), as well as Industriel and chemin de la Rivière Sud (in front of Transcomax), collecting donations from motorists and passersby. Their energy, dedication, and enthusiasm helped make this edition a true success.
Once again, the generosity of the Basses-Laurentides community was evident. Every donation collected will help support the acquisition of essential medical equipment and improve the quality of care provided at Hôpital de Saint-Eustache.
The Foundation would like to warmly thank all donors as well as its valued partners, whose support greatly contributed to the success of the event: the City of Saint-Eustache, Journal L’Éveil, Location de camions Bélisle, and Tim Hortons.
The roadblock fundraiser remains a powerful moment of solidarity and community engagement. The Foundation sincerely thanks everyone who, directly or indirectly, contributed to this wonderful achievement.
