The building is located at 14 boulevard Industriel in Saint-Eustache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Centre de sant\u00e9 is fully owned by Gestion Immobili\u00e8re Fondation H\u00f4pital Saint-Eustache. It was inaugurated on December 9th, 2019 under the name <strong>Centre de sant\u00e9 Desjardins<\/strong> for a 10-year period, thanks to a substantial donation of $500,000 from the Fonds des r\u00e9gions et des groupes and the six Caisses Desjardins des Laurentides Sud (Caisse Desjardins de Saint-Eustache-Deux-Montagnes, Caisse Desjardins Th\u00e9r\u00e8se-De Blainville, Caisse Desjardins de l&#8217;Envol\u00e9e, Caisse Desjardins du Lac des Deux-Montagnes, Caisse Desjardins de Mirabel and Caisse Desjardins d&#8217;Argenteuil). This project is part of a shared vision between the CISSS des Laurentides and the Fondation H\u00f4pital Saint-Eustache with the ultimate objective of offering modern services focused on the needs of the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every year, the Outpatient Hemodialysis Center provides 16,700 treatments to over 125 patients and the Cancerology Center provides 4,000 treatments to more than 11,300 patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The photo shows the Centre de sant\u00e9 de la Fondation H\u00f4pital Saint-Eustache.
