Saint-Eustache, January 23, 2026<\/strong> \u2013 The President\u2019s Dinner of the Fondation H\u00f4pital Saint-Eustache (FHSE), held on Thursday, January 22 at the beautiful Chez Lionel restaurant in Sainte-Th\u00e9r\u00e8se, raised a record net profit of $44,424.81<\/strong>. These funds will enable the acquisition of two state-of-the-art optical microscopes<\/strong> for the Cytology and Hematology departments<\/strong> at Saint-Eustache Hospital. These pieces of equipment will enhance the precision of analyses and directly contribute to improving the diagnostic care provided to patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dinner, presented as a five-course gourmet experience, featured carefully curated food and wine pairings<\/strong> selected by sommelier Justin Thibault<\/strong>. The sold-out event brought together nearly 100 guests<\/strong> from the political sphere and the business community of the Basses-Laurentides region. Guests enjoyed a wonderful evening featuring refined cuisine and privately imported wines. As a token of appreciation, each guest received an exclusive gift bag<\/strong> including two beautiful wine glasses engraved with the Foundation\u2019s logo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The President\u2019s Dinner<\/strong>, whose goal is to highlight and support local restaurateurs<\/strong>, is held each year in a different establishment across the Basses-Laurentides region, offering participants the opportunity to discover new culinary and wine experiences<\/strong> with every edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Me<\/sup> Pierre Mayer, Chair of the FHSE Board of Directors and Vice-President of Growth and Acquisitions at Trivi\u00fcm by Nordence, expressed his enthusiasm for the event\u2019s success:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
