The event will take place on Thursday, January 22, 2026, starting at 6&nbsp;p.m. at Chez Lionel restaurant in Sainte-Th\u00e9r\u00e8se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presented by the Lower Laurentians\u2019 MPs\u2014<\/strong>Mr. Benoit Charette, Ms.&nbsp;Sylvie D\u2019Amours, Mr.&nbsp;Eric Girard, and Mr.&nbsp;Mario Laframboise\u2014 this special gastronomic evening will feature a <strong>five-course menu<\/strong> highlighting the region\u2019s culinary treasures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Justin Thibault, a sommelier and guest host for food-and-wine pairings, will guide attendees through the event. The participation fee is $300 per person*, with a maximum of 100 guests for this exclusive culinary experience. As spots are limited, the Fondation recommends that both the public and businesses book their reservations soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Early birds special!<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone buying a ticket <strong>before December 1, 2025<\/strong>, will be entered into a draw to win a <strong>$125 gift basket<\/strong>, which includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 wooden cutting board;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bottle of Hungaria Grande Cuv\u00e9e Brut sparkling wine from Italy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bottle of Al Galli Pinot Grigio&nbsp;2023 white wine from Italy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bottle of Chianti Superiore Villa Migliarina red wine from Italy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>A great way to start the holiday season and support the Fondation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoying a delightful moment, tasting exceptional dishes, discovering new wines, and, most importantly, supporting a meaningful cause\u2014these are the ingredients that make the President\u2019s Dinner truly special,&#8221; explains Pierre G.&nbsp;Mayer, Chairman of the Fondation\u2019s Board of Directors. \u201cThanks to your involvement, the Fondation can continue its mission to acquire cutting-edge equipment and enhance healthcare services in our community.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This year, the funds raised will be used to buy two optical microscopes\u2014one for the Hematology Department and another for cytology\u2014with a total cost of $46,000. This high-precision equipment will help enhance the accuracy and speed of diagnoses for patients at Saint-Eustache Hospital.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lyne Des&nbsp;Trois Maisons, Executive Director of the FHSE, emphasizes that &#8220;each ticket sold and every partnership make a tangible impact on improving the quality of care at Saint-Eustache hospital.
