The Loto-FHSE helps fund initiatives submitted by the staff of various departments at Saint-Eustache Hospital. The cost of your lottery ticket will cover part of the funding for initiatives that change the daily life of our hospital\u2019s clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Draw dates in 2023<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Draws will be held every 3rd <\/sup>Thursday of the month at 12:30 p.m., from February to October 2023 (February 17, March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 21, August 18, September 15, and October 20), at the office of the Fondation H\u00f4pital Saint-Eustache, live on the Facebook page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As generous as ever, the Lotto-FHSE 2023 offers you the monthly chance to win a $2,000 travel credit <\/strong>from February to September 2023. During the last month, cash prizes will be added, including a $3,000 grand prize<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who can buy a Lotto-FHSE ticket?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Loto-FHSE is open to ALL: CISSS des Laurentides employees, retirees, and former employees, as well as the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employees can pay for their tickets through payroll deductions at a rate of $6 per pay period during 20 periods, from February 9 to November 2, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tickets can also be paid for in cash, by Visa or Mastercard or by check made out to \u201cFondation H\u00f4pital Saint-Eustache\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the cost of a ticket?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The tickets cost $120. Lotteries are not eligible for tax receipts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of 500 tickets will be available for purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
