The Fondation H\u00f4pital Saint-Eustache (FHSE) is proud to invite you to the third edition of the President\u2019s Dinner Fundraising Event, hosted by Pierre G. Mayer, senior partner at Trivium Avocats-Notaires-Conseils. This event will take place on Thursday January 23rd<\/sup>, 2025, starting at 6 p.m. at Bistro MM Station Culinaire, located at 771 Boul. du Cur\u00e9-Labelle in Blainville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gourmet evening will feature a five-course dinner and connect food enthusiasts from our beautiful region. This year, we are excited to have a guest sommelier, Justin Thibault, who will introduce you to unique food and wine pairings. Due to limited seating, we will welcome only 96 guests; will you join us for this exceptional culinary experience?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of this event is to enjoy a pleasant evening, sample new dishes, have some fun and, most importantly, raise funds to help the Fondation pursue its mission of acquiring state-of-the-art equipment to improve healthcare for the Lower Laurentians community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
